Maria joined The Arcia Law Firm in February 2017. She has over 25 years of customer service and managerial experience. Her primary duties include supporting our clients and staff by coordinating appointments with attorneys and clients, providing our clients with any documents filed in court, and ensuring that each and every one of our clients’ questions and concerns are quickly and fully answered. Maria’s number one priority is total customer service satisfaction.
Ruth Graauw Joined The Arcia Law Firm as a paralegal in the litigation department in February 2019. Ruth has been working in the legal profession for more than ten years. During that time, she has provided extensive litigation support primarily in foreclosure and other real estate matters. At the Firm, Ruth is involved in every aspect of litigation from document preparation, drafting and filing of pleadings, to coordinating mediations, depositions, and hearings. For Ruth, the most enjoyable part of the legal process is helping our clients obtain the very best results possible in their cases.
Catherine Erice received her masters in Forensic accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She has been a dedicated accountant since 1983 and has worked in the legal filed since 2003. In many of her job positions through the years, she has worked for the United States Federal Trustee’s Office.
She has also been a trusted member of the Florida Bar and Broward Bar Association since 2013. Catherine has now dedicated all her talents and efforts to the Arcia Law Firm to ensure advancement of our Firm.
Grisell Pinkston joined the firm as a paralegal in the litigation department in 2012. She provides a wide range of support for our clients, attorneys and staff ensuring the litigation department’s efficiency. Each day she is motivated by the opportunity to help people, and experience new and interesting challenges. Grisell is involved in all aspects of litigation including legal research, document management and trial preparation.
She serves as a liaison between the attorneys and the clients, assisting in the management of the cases, and was recently promoted to senior litigation paralegal. Grisell has been working in the legal profession for many years, primarily in civil and commercial litigation, and looks forward to assisting you in your case.

Lauren and Ralph have been an intricate part of our firm with over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Their knowledge in the field extends from the origination of a loan, compliance, processing, underwriting, and closing. Their fundamental understanding of the processes in which the banks operate, has been key to helping thousands of customers achieve their dreams of being homeowners. During difficult times in our client’s lives, Lauren & Ralph have been a voice of comfort, guiding our clients through the tedious process of loan modification, short sales and deed-in-lieu. Their relentless efforts on behalf of our clients have resulted in an immeasurable success.
In addition to managing our Loss Mitigation Department, Ralph and Lauren also play an important role in our consumer advocacy department which deals with the unfair collection practices of debtors. These cases often take months, possibly years. Their dedication and loyalty to our clients in all aspects makes them vital to our firm.
