There is no lawyer I would rather have by my side when things get tough and you need somebody to stand up and bat for you in court. Omar solved problems I didn't even realise were there till I saw him dealing with them, and he did so without a second of delay. He really is a life saver and I can't thank him enough for how he represented for me from the jump.For me to use another Lawyer in Florida on any future representations needed would be a diservice to myself.I actually chose him because I read some of his previous reviews, so I thought it only right that I also write one to hopefully help future clients make the right choice.I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Mr Arcia by another attorney. When I explained my issues I asked his opinion if I should settle the case or create another law suit. Mr Arcia suggested that I should settle the case and forgo additional attorney bills and emotional issues. I took his advice and completed the settlement successfully before the end of the year. I reached out to Arcia Law Firm to assist with a foreclosure/default issue that I was not aware of. I based this on a search on google and went with my gut. I am definitely happy I did. The staff was extremely professional, in particular Maria, who took my call and arranged my meeting with Mr. Arcia. Their knowledge and response time was impeccable. They arranged a zoom meeting as I lived in another state. My initial meeting with Mr. Arcia was very informative as he took the time to listen and review my case and circumstances. I want to thank the folks at Arcia for doing what no other firm was able to do in in nearly 12 years. In 2010 a false accusation caused me to spend hundreds of thousand dollars in legal fees and to lose my business. Prior to that I ran a very successful medical practice. In the beginning I tried multiple modification companies and only wound up giving my money away. Finally I retained a very good attorney who was successful in fending off the foreclosure attacks but was unable to secure modification. Keep in mind besides the monthly fees each trip to court costs thousands more. Finally I came across Arcia while searching for help on the internet. They were up front about everything and the attorney was excellent and honest. A rarity these days. The office staff was efficient in their individual roles and were attentive to my questions. In addition I did not have to wait to get my calls returned. If they said I would get a return call at 3 pm on Monday it actually happened. In a few months I had my modification. This is the second case Omar has handled for me and I have to say, I am even more satisfied this time! My experience was excellent! I am still in awe of this firm! I haven't dealt with them since 2015, three years....and I desperately needed paperwork from my case. Which has been closed and the paralegal no longer works there. To my surprise, I was called back same day I called by the way, by Grisell who was so helpful!
